Give it a miss.
Staff were friendly. Air con worked well.
The bathroom was terrible - no toilet seat, cold trickle for shower and NO HAND BASIN!!! room was very basic pillows terrible and on the 2nd night the owners son came in the room at midnight to find a pillow!! Checked out 2 nights early.

What was the highlight of Netibo Pension House
Terribly dirty and overpriced.
Location is it’s best selling feature. But be warned that you will hear everyone drunk and fighting at night. Super entertaining but can be startling and tiring.
The bed had unknown multiple stains on it and felt grimey to sleep on. The bed had tiny ants on it. The net didn’t cover the bed so was basically useless. The floor felt like it hadn’t been swept in a year with built up grime. The toilet didn’t have a seat. The walls were dirty (which was the least of my worries but shows how old and in need of some maintenance). The room was poorly lit. There was no where to put your valuables. We wouldn’t have stayed the night except that it was already late and we didn’t realize how bad it was until we were already in there. Would not recommend. Extremely overpriced ($60CAD for two queen beds). I hate giving poor reviews, especially since the lady at reception was nice, but even worse would be not to warn others to stay away.

What was the highlight of Netibo Pension House
- the staffs are really nice
- the staffs are really nice - no hassle in checking in even if I arrived late in the evening - property is near the town area where you can easily walk to the beachfront where a lot of restaurants and shops are located
- the toilet is too small, you can't even use the shower - I can hear rats squeaking in the room - the bed sheets and the pillowcases looked really old

The owners of this hostel gave me advices and tips to visit El Nido that was nice, only good point.
I found many cockroaches in my room and a mouse as well. When I told it to the owners, a girl came with a spray against moustikos to kill it, finally that was better to manage by myself. If you don’t care about the cleanliness and the smell in the room, you’re fine.
